Marketing AI Sprint

Tier 3 · Private

Less workshop.
More working system.

The Sprint isn’t a training program. It’s an implementation engagement. We map your workflows, configures the tools, trains your team, and hands over a working AI marketing system — one your team runs themselves from day one.

What makes this different

Most AI programs leave implementation up to you. This one does the installing.

There’s a gap between leaving a workshop with a framework and actually having an AI workflow running in your marketing operation. Most programs leave you in that gap. The Sprint is designed to close it.

The deliverable isn’t a plan, a playbook, or a set of recommendations. It’s a working system — mapped, configured, and handed over. Your team runs it the next business day.

This is installation, not more training.

The Sprint builds them for you — alongside your team, using your actual stack, so they know how to run what gets built.

Generic AI training: Training programs teach you to build workflows. You still have to build them when you get back to the office.

Fixed scope. Fixed price. No surprises.

The Sprint is scoped before it starts. The number of workflows, the tools, and the price are agreed on the discovery call. Nothing changes after that without your sign-off.

Generic AI training: Open-ended consulting engagements expand. Hours add up. The final invoice rarely matches the original conversation.

Your team owns it

Every workflow is documented, trained on, and handed over. Your team runs it independently. No ongoing retainer required — unless you want one.

Generic AI training: Some implementations create dependency. The consultant builds the system, and you need them to keep it running.

Built for regional businesses — not adapted for them

Every Sprint is scoped for a regional business — the tools, the integrations, the team size, and the budget are all calibrated for how regional organisations actually work.

Generic Most AI implementation consultants work with enterprise teams. The workflows they build assume large tech budgets, dedicated teams, and city-based contexts.

Who this is for

The Sprint is right for you if…

You’re done with the awareness stage

You’ve been to a workshop. You know AI is relevant. You’re not here to be convinced — you want it installed.

You know exactly where the bottlenecks are

Content that takes too long. Reporting that chews up half the week. You can name the workflows — you just want them fixed.

You want to own the system when it’s done

Not rely on a consultant to keep it running. The Sprint hands the system over — documented, trained on, yours.

The Sprint probably isn’t right if

You’re still in the awareness stage — start with the free Intro to Agentic AI session or AI Marketing Foundations first

You want a full AI marketing agent system built from the ground up over 13 weeks — that’s the AI Marketing OS

Four phases. One scoped engagement.

The Sprint is structured around doing the actual work — not talking about it. Each phase has a clear output. The engagement ends when the system is running and your team can operate it without support.

The number of workflows, the specific tools, and the exact scope are agreed on the discovery call and confirmed in writing before any work begins.

What’s included

Discovery and scoping

Before work begins

A discovery call to understand your marketing operation, your tools, and your specific bottlenecks. A scoped proposal confirming the workflows, tools, timeline, and fixed price. Nothing begins until scope and price are agreed in writing

Workflow mapping

Week 1

Deep-dive into your current marketing workflows — how they actually run, not how they should run on paper. Identification of exactly where AI creates leverage in each scoped workflow. Confirmed workflow design before any tool configuration begins

Tool configuration and build

Weeks 2–3

AI tools configured and connected to your existing marketing stack. Each scoped workflow built, tested, and refined — not handed over until it works. Documentation written for each workflow as it’s built

Team training and handover

Final week

Hands-on training session — your team uses the workflows, not just watches them. Full system documentation and workflow playbook handed over. System confirmed running and your team operating it independently before the engagement closes

Workflow scope

The four workflow areas the Sprint covers.

Most Sprints cover 1–2 workflows. The right number depends on your team’s capacity to absorb the change — not on what’s technically possible. Bee will advise on this during the discovery call.

What regional marketing teams say after taking the scan

I expected a generic result. I got a specific breakdown of exactly where we were behind — and a recommendation I could take straight to my manager.

Eva Rodriguez

CEO, Regional health organisation

The distinction between the marketing programs and the leadership track was the thing that made sense of it for me. My team needed one thing. I needed another. Running them in parallel was the right call.

John Robers

Business owner, Regional agribusiness

Before you get in touch

The Intensive is a training engagement — your team leaves with knowledge, strategy, and a playbook they implement themselves. The Sprint is an implementation engagement — Bee maps the workflows, configures the tools, and installs a working system your team operates from day one. If you want your team trained, the Intensive is right. If you want the system built, that’s the Sprint.

The Sprint is tool-agnostic — Bee works with whatever tools make sense for your team’s workflows and budget. On the discovery call, she’ll understand what you’re currently using and recommend the right tools for the scoped workflows. The goal is always to work with tools your team will actually continue using — not the most sophisticated option for its own sake.

Typically 3–4 weeks from confirmation to handover, depending on scope and your team’s availability for the workflow mapping and training sessions. The timeline is confirmed in the scoped proposal before work begins.

The Sprint is intentionally scoped to 1–3 workflows for a reason — implementing AI successfully requires your team to absorb the change, not just receive a handover. More than 3 workflows in a single Sprint typically leads to lower adoption, not higher capability. If you want a larger, ongoing engagement, the AI Marketing OS is the right program.

Yes. The Sprint can be delivered on-site, remotely, or a combination of both — depending on what works best for your team and the workflows being built. On-site sessions often produce better results for the workflow mapping phase. Travel costs outside the Albury-Wodonga and Wagga Wagga regions will be included in the scoped proposal.

Every Sprint comes with an outcome commitment — the system is confirmed running and your team is operating it before the engagement closes. If a workflow isn’t working to the agreed spec, Bee fixes it. The handover doesn’t happen until the system is actually working.
