What makes Foundations different

Build the operating protocol behind each AI Agent.

Foundations is where you build specialised AI Agents for defined marketing jobs. You give each Agent a clear role, approved business context, operating instructions, quality standards and rules for when the work must return to a person.

Social media is the first practical use case because it is recurring work regional teams want to do consistently but often delay. You will build Agents for parts of that work, then test, review and improve how each one performs. Connecting Agents into a wider workflow belongs in Agent 002: Systems.

One Agent, one defined job

Build a specialised AI Agent for a task with a clear expected result.

Its job, required inputs, expected output, limits and human handback point are defined before it starts.

A reusable operating protocol

Give the Agent the instructions it needs to carry out the job consistently.

The protocol is the Agent’s operating system for that job. It sets what to do, what order to follow, what information to use and what not to assume.

Approved context assigned to the job

Give the Agent the business information and examples it is approved to use.

Brand guidance, audience details, offers and approved source material become part of the setup instead of being rebuilt in every new chat.

Quality rules that reduce AI slop

Set the standards the Agent must check before handing the work back.

It checks facts, usefulness, brand fit, repetition and unsupported claims against the standards you define. A person still reviews and approves the final work.

Clear stopping and handback rules

Define where the Agent can continue, when it must stop and what needs human judgment.

The Agent does not publish or make the final marketing decision. It returns the work with questions, gaps or risks clearly marked.

A loop that checks, corrects and improves

The Agent attempts the job, checks the result, corrects what it can and hands back when human judgment is needed.

Corrections worth keeping are deliberately saved into the operating protocol or approved memory, giving later runs a stronger starting point.

Who this is for

Is Agent 001
the right fit for you?

Marketing manager building a shared AI method

You are responsible for standards across a small team and want a shared way to build, use and review AI-assisted marketing work.

Coordinator or assistant carrying recurring social work

Social media sits alongside your other responsibilities and is often delayed. You want specialised Agents you can use again without starting from scratch each time.

Owner-led regional business with a clear marketing owner

One person clearly owns the marketing work. You want practical AI support while keeping business direction, review and final approval with a person.

Another option may fit better if

Choose the free Intro to Agentic AI in Marketing workshop if you want to see Agentic AI applied to marketing before committing to a course. Choose Intro to AI for Marketing if you need hands-on practice with generative AI first. Agent 002: Systems is for teams ready to connect individual Agents into a wider workflow.

What the five-week course actually looks like.

Meet in person for two hours each week across five weeks. Each session combines a short explanation, a guided build and time to test an Agent against real social media work from your business.

You will work alongside regional marketers, compare how different roles approach the same problem and get help while you build. Foundations focuses on individual specialised Agents. Connecting those Agents into one workflow is taught in Agent 002: Systems.

What’s included

Five weekly sessions with build and test time

Each session gives you one manageable build to complete. You will define the job, add approved context, set operating instructions and quality rules, test the result, then review what needs to change. Bring real social media work into the room so the Agent is built around a job you already need to do.

An operating protocol for each Agent

For each Agent, you will document its job, inputs, expected result, approved sources, operating instructions, quality standards, boundaries and handback rules. This gives your team a reusable method that does not live only in one person’s chat history.

A check, correct and improve loop

You will test each Agent against real work. It checks its result against the rules, corrects what it can and returns the work when human judgment is required. Useful corrections are deliberately saved into the protocol or approved memory so the next run has a stronger starting point.

Materials, recordings and group follow-up

You will receive the course materials and session recordings, plus a one-hour group follow-up after the five weeks. Use the check-in to bring back what happened in real use, ask questions and decide which instructions or standards need refining.

AI Marketing Lab

Keep building a new AI marketing capability each month.

The Foundations Community is an optional next step after Agent 001. For $80 per month incl GST, you can keep improving individual AI Agents with clearer operating protocols, stronger quality standards and well-defined human review.

Membership includes one monthly in-person learning lab, one online group office hour, templates, practical resources, recordings and community access while you are subscribed. Monthly topics can move beyond social media into creative production, email, reporting, paid media and Agent improvement.

This is group-supported learning with other regional marketers. Business-specific tool setup, account work or implementation is scoped separately as a custom build. You do not need to join the Lab before discussing a custom build.

Questions people ask
before they take the scan

Yes. It is free, online and self-serve, and takes about three minutes. There are no pass or fail answers. Choose the response closest to how your marketing work operates today.

No. The questions are written for marketing managers, coordinators, small teams and business owners at different stages. You can take the Scan if you have not used AI in real marketing work, if you use it occasionally or if your team already follows a repeatable method.

It asks how your team currently uses AI in marketing, how work is briefed and checked, which repeated work you want to improve, who owns it and what capacity, approved information and tool access are available. It also asks about privacy and human approval. Do not include customer, confidential or sensitive information in the optional note.

ou will receive an AI readiness score and an initial starting point. This may be Intro to AI for Marketing, Foundations, Systems, further preparation or possible custom-build readiness. The result is a placement guide, not a final recommendation. A high score cannot override unclear privacy or human-approval practices, and it does not automatically approve a custom build. An AI Readiness Conversation helps confirm what fits your team.

Your details and answers are used to produce your result and provide any follow-up you request, in line with the Privacy Policy. You choose whether someone from AI Agent Bee may contact you to talk through the result. That permission is separate from consent to receive unrelated marketing emails. You are not required to buy a course, join the AI Marketing Lab or proceed with a custom build.
