AI Marketing Foundations
Build a complete AI operating system for your social media marketing.
Across four weekly, in-person sessions, you’ll build your own Agent Operating System and 8 specialised AI agents. Your Agent OS holds the business information, brand voice, skills, working rules and quality standards every agent needs. Your 8 agents then help you research ideas, plan content, write captions, edit images, prepare replies, organise posts and review results.
You remain responsible for strategy, review and final approval.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD
Document how the social media workflow runs.
Your Agent Operating System gives every agent the same reliable foundation. Instead of explaining your business, audience and brand voice every time, you create that information once and make it available to the agents you build. Over the following three weeks, you’ll build 8 agents across three specialist teams. Each agent has one clear job and follows the business information, quality standards and approval rules held in your Agent OS.
You’ll test every agent on practical marketing work and receive individual feedback as you build. In Foundations, you move work from one agent to the next yourself. Connecting the agents into an automated workflow is covered in Agent 002: Systems.
01
Your Agent Operating System
The foundation every agent uses. Your Agent OS holds your business identity, audience information, brand voice, useful marketing skills and rules for what should be remembered. It also includes a Thought Partner that helps you set up, maintain and improve the system. This is not a separate software platform. You build it inside ChatGPT or Claude and tailor it to your business.
02
Your Research and Strategy Team
Three agents that turn customer questions and industry activity into a two-week content plan.
You’ll build a Customer Voice Analyst, Content Pattern Analyst and Campaign Planner. You use them in sequence, with the work from one becoming the starting point for the next.
03
Your Content Production Team.
Two agents that turn your content briefs into material ready for review.
You’ll build a Content Producer and a Social Image Editor. They help prepare captions, hooks and alt text, and edit approved business images.
04
Your Publishing and Performance Team
Two agents that help you organise posts and learn from the results.
You’ll build a Publishing Pack Builder and a Performance Analyst. They prepare a publishing pack ready for manual posting, and turn your real performance data into recommendations traced back to a number. They do not publish posts or make decisions without you.
Is Agent 001 the right fit for you?
Marketing manager building
a shared AI method
You are responsible for standards across a small team and want a shared way to build, use and review AI-assisted marketing work.
Coordinator or assistant carrying recurring social work
Social media sits alongside your other responsibilities and is often delayed. You want specialised Agents you can use again without starting from scratch each time.
Owner-led regional business with a clear marketing owner
One person clearly owns the marketing work. You want practical AI support while keeping business direction, review and final approval with a person.
Build one part of your AI marketing system each week.
You’ll meet in person for two hours a week over four weeks. Week 1 is dedicated to building your Agent Operating System. Over the following three weeks, you’ll build a specialist team for research and strategy, content production, and publishing and performance.
Every session includes a demonstration, guided building time, testing and individual feedback. You will work alongside regional marketers and get help while you build.
What’s included
Week 1: Build your Agent Operating System
Build the foundation your 8 specialist agents will use. Your Agent OS will hold:
- Your business identity and important business facts
- Information about your audience
- Your brand voice and writing rules
- Your most useful marketing skills
- Rules for what the system should remember
- Quality, privacy and approval requirements
You’ll also build a Thought Partner that helps you set up, maintain and improve the system. By the end of the session, you’ll have a complete Agent Operating System tailored to your business.
Week 2: Your Research and Strategy Team
Install three Agents that turn real customer messages and industry trends into a fortnight of content briefs: a Customer Voice Analyst, a Content Pattern Analyst and a Campaign Planner. Each one’s output feeds the next, and you run the whole chain on your own material before the session ends.
Week 3: Your Content Production Team
Build two Agents that turn a brief into work ready for you to check: a Content Producer and a Social Image Editor. This week needs a ChatGPT account specifically, because the Social Image Editor produces an actual edited image file and Claude cannot do that.
Week 4: Your Publishing and Performance Team
Build two agents that close the loop: a Publishing Pack Builder that prepares everything a person needs to publish by hand, and a Performance Analyst that reviews your real numbers and turns findings into recommendations traced back to a number. You leave with a Playbook naming your Agent OS and all eight agents, their review date and their owner, who is always a person. Then a one-hour group follow-up, one to two weeks later, with its own agenda and a before-and-after check on how the course actually changed your work.
