MEET YOUR AGENTS

Meet the Agent OS and three specialist teams behind the workflow.

Systems works with an Agent Operating System and Thought Partner, plus three specialist teams covering 12 named Agent roles. You may bring this lineup from Foundations or enter directly with equivalent experience and a working setup.

You’ll document how work moves between the Agents, what information each step can use and where it must return to a person. Most handoffs remain person-run. The publishing connection to Meta only begins after a named person has reviewed and approved the post.

01

The shared business context and working rules behind the whole workflow. Your Agent OS holds your business identity, audience information, brand voice, marketing skills, memory rules and quality standards. Its Thought Partner helps maintain the system and record improvements that a person has reviewed and approved.

02

Five Agents that turn customer questions and industry activity into an approved content plan. The Audience Researcher, Trend Researcher and FAQ Researcher gather useful inputs. The Content Strategist and Content Brief Writer turn those findings into a plan and complete briefs for the production team.

03

Three Agents that turn approved briefs into material ready for review. The Caption Writer prepares platform-ready copy, the Social Image Editor works with approved business images, and the Reply Agent drafts responses to comments and messages. A person reviews the work before it moves on.

04

Three Agents that organise posts, review results and show what to improve next. The Scheduling Agent prepares the posting plan, the Performance Analyser reviews your results, and the Reporting Agent turns those findings into practical recommendations. In Systems, an approved post can move through the controlled Meta connection, but it never publishes without your review and final confirmation.

Who this is for

Is Agent 002 the right fit for you?

Regional marketing manager owning the whole workflow

You’re responsible for social strategy, content, publishing and reporting, but the process is hard for someone else to pick up. You want well-defined roles, handoffs and review points that the whole team can follow.

Coordinator or assistant
already using AI

You’re comfortable briefing AI and reviewing the output. The next step is a dependable process that moves approved direction through production and into a controlled publishing step.

Small team or owner-led business with someone in charge

Your business has someone who can take responsibility for the workflow, manage approved information and tool access, and keep the important decisions with people.

YOU MAY BE READY FOR A DIFFERENT COURSE IF

Choose the free Intro to Agentic AI in Marketing workshop if you want to see Agentic AI applied to marketing before committing to a course. Choose Intro to AI for Marketing if you need hands-on practice with generative AI first. Agent 002: Systems is for teams ready to connect individual Agents into a wider workflow.

Build one part of your AI marketing system each week.

You’ll meet in person for two hours a week over four weeks, after a required 45-minute clinic to connect and test your publishing connection. Each session builds and tests another part of the workflow — by Week 4, you’re operating the live system on a real, approved post.

What’s included

Week 1: Map and govern the workflow

Week 2: Standardise the handoffs

Week 3: Rehearse recovery, safety and publishing

Week 4: Operate the live system

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

A documented social media workflow, ready for your team to use.

A map of the full workflow

See how work moves from strategy and planning through production, publishing and reporting, with a named owner at every stage.

Handoffs that have been tested

Document what every critical handoff requires, then set a clear response for missing information, failed checks and unavailable tools.

A publishing approval gate

A post can only publish after a preview and named human approval. The system also blocks the same request from publishing twice.

A live post and publishing record

Publish an approved post through the connection and keep the receipt and audit record.

A practical plan for the next 30 days

Take the system back to your team with one evidence-based improvement already recorded and a plan for the month ahead.

AFTER AGENT 002

Choose what happens after Systems.

There is no compulsory next step. Keep using and improving the system you documented, continue learning with the Systems Community, or discuss a custom build when your business needs specific workflow design, tool setup, integrations or implementation.

Questions people ask before they take the Scan

Yes. It is free, online and self-serve, and takes about three minutes. There are no pass or fail answers. Choose the response closest to how your marketing work operates today.

No. The questions are written for marketing managers, coordinators, small teams and business owners at different stages. You can take the Scan if you have not used AI in real marketing work, if you use it occasionally or if your team already follows a repeatable method.

It asks how your team currently uses AI in marketing, how work is briefed and checked, which repeated work you want to improve, who owns it and what capacity, approved information and tool access are available. It also asks about privacy and human approval. Do not include customer, confidential or sensitive information in the optional note.

You will receive an AI readiness score and an initial starting point. This may be Intro to AI for Marketing, Foundations, Systems, further preparation or possible custom-build readiness. The result is a placement guide, not a final recommendation. A high score cannot override unclear privacy or human-approval practices, and it does not automatically approve a custom build. An AI Readiness Conversation helps confirm what fits your team.

Your details and answers are used to produce your result and provide any follow-up you request, in line with the Privacy Policy. You choose whether someone from AI Agent Bee may contact you to talk through the result. That permission is separate from consent to receive unrelated marketing emails. You are not required to buy a course, join the AI Marketing Lab or proceed with a custom build.
