Build practical AI capability inside your marketing team
Learn a reliable way to brief and review AI, build a team of specialised AI Agents, or turn those Agents into a documented marketing workflow. Start with the program that fits how your team works now.
Where do I start?
Choose the problem you need to solve next
The courses are not a compulsory staircase. You can begin with the course that matches your experience, provided you meet its readiness requirements.
Understand the change
We want to see how AI Agents fit into real marketing work
Start with the free 45-minute Intro to Agentic AI in Marketing workshop. You will see a practical demonstration and learn where people still direct, review and approve the work.
USE AI MORE RELIABLY
We use AI, but we still rely on trial and error
Agent 000 gives beginners and occasional users a repeatable way to define a marketing job, provide approved context, review the result and correct it deliberately.
BUILD YOUR AGENT TEAM
We can brief and review AI, but we start from scratch each time
Foundations helps you install a reusable business context and build eight specialised Agents for social media research, planning, production, publishing preparation and review.
RUN A COMPLETE WORKFLOW
We have working Agents, but the handoffs depend on memory
Systems gives the workflow a map, owners, standard handoffs, approval points and recovery rules. It also adds one live, human-approved Meta publishing connection.
Already have a valuable repeated workflow that is specific to your business?
You can discuss a custom build without completing a course first.

FIRST OPEN COHORTS
The first cohorts use one familiar workflow from start to finish
Join a small, in-person cohort in Albury or Wagga Wagga.
Every session combines a clear method, facilitator demonstration, hands-on implementation and individual feedback.
IN PERSON · OPEN COHORT · 3 WEEKS
Intro to AI for Marketing
Three weekly sessions · Two hours each · Social media as the first practical use case
Move from vague prompts and repeated regeneration to a clear way of briefing and reviewing everyday marketing work.
Albury
8 seats · Starts Thurs
17 September 2026
Wagga Wagga
8 seats · Starts Wed
24 September 2026
Who it’s for
Business owners doing their own marketing, marketing coordinators and assistants, and regional teams that are new to AI, nervous about using it or using it only occasionally. No prior AI experience is required.
What’s included
Outcome commitment
Leave able to define a familiar marketing job, provide approved context, review the output for accuracy and brand fit, correct it with specific direction and decide whether to use, revise or reject it.
Agent 000 does not build AI Agents, design workflows or connect to publishing platforms. It is a complete standalone course.
Bring a laptop and use the supported browser-based AI tool. The confirmed tool, account tier and any participant cost will be stated before enrolment opens.
Possible next step: Keep practising independently or consider Foundations when you are ready to build reusable, specialised Agents.
IN PERSON · OPEN COHORT · 4 WEEKS
Foundations
Four weekly sessions · Two hours each · One Agent OS and eight specialised AI Agents
Turn business context, quality rules and repeated instructions into a portable Agent OS and eight working social media Agents.
Albury
5 seats · Starts Thurs
24 September 2026
Wagga Wagga
5 seats · Starts Wed
30 September 2026
Who it’s for
Regional marketing managers, coordinators, small teams and owner-led businesses that can already brief and review a familiar AI task but still start again in each chat or depend on one person’s prompts and memory.
What’s included
Outcome commitment
Leave with a working Agent OS, eight tested Agents, three completed social posts, a controlled publishing pack, an evidence-based performance review and a Playbook another person can understand.
The Agents do not run automatically, publish on their own or learn silently from use. A person starts each job, moves the work between Agents, reviews every output and records approved improvements.
A supported paid AI workspace is required: ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro. Week 3 also requires access to ChatGPT image editing. Confirm the exact access and any additional cost before paying.
Possible next step: Keep using the Agent team, join the optional Foundations Community or complete the Systems Readiness Review when you are ready to govern the full workflow.
IN PERSON · OPEN COHORT · 4 WEEKS
Systems
Four weekly sessions · Two hours each · Mandatory 45-minute connection clinic before Week 1
Turn separate AI Agents into one documented social media workflow with owners, predictable handoffs, approval points, recovery rules and one live Meta publishing connection.
Albury
5 seats · Starts Thurs
29 October 2026
Wagga Wagga
5 seats · Starts Wed
4 November 2026
Who it’s for
Foundations graduates with a working Agent OS and all eight core Agents, or experienced teams that pass the Systems Readiness Review with an equivalent working kit and an eligible Meta account.
What’s included
Outcome commitment
Leave with a governed social media workflow, named owners, tested handoffs, a safe publishing process, recovery rules, a Systems Playbook and a 30-day operating plan.
Systems does not technically connect every Agent end to end. A person initiates the workflow and carries most documented handoffs. The live connection begins after the Publishing Pack Builder and always requires a preview, named human approval and final confirmation.
Systems requires the supported paid AI workspace from Foundations and one supported desktop connection client. The exact client, account tier, Meta eligibility, included access period and any participant cost will be stated before enrolment opens.
Systems requires the AI Readiness Scan and a human Systems Readiness Review before enrolment. The button must begin that review, not lead directly to unrestricted checkout.
Compare the three courses
Still deciding? See them side by side.
The first cohorts use social media marketing as the shared practical workflow. The skill being taught is different in each course.

| If this sounds familiar | We use AI occasionally, but useful results still depend on finding the right prompt or trying again. | We can use AI for familiar tasks, but our business context and instructions are scattered across chats and personal notes. | We have working Agents, but the workflow is hard to operate, explain or hand to another person. |
| What you learn to do | Brief, review and correct one everyday marketing job at a time. | Install a portable Agent OS, adapt eight pre-built Agents to your business, test them and record improvements. | Map the workflow, standardise the handoffs, assign decision rights, test recovery rules and operate one approved publishing connection. |
| What you leave with | A reusable six-step method, completed task examples and a 30-day practice plan. | Eight tested Agents, three completed social posts, a publishing pack, a performance review and an Agent Playbook. | A governed social media workflow, Systems Playbook, publication evidence and a 30-day operating plan. |
| Boundary | No Agent building, workflow design, automation or platform connection. | A person runs each Agent, carries the handoffs and publishes manually. | Most Agent handoffs remain person-operated. The live connection begins after the Publishing Pack Builder and cannot bypass human approval. |
Build one part of your AI marketing system each week
Every course turns into a working piece of your marketing system, one weekly session at a time.
See exactly what you’d build, week by week, in each course above.
You will build, test and correct the work in the room.
How you will learn
Practical work, not tool demonstrations alone
Each course uses real marketing tasks. You leave with completed work, reusable templates and a clear way to keep practising or operating the system.
Tested examples and a complete practice business
You will see what happens when context is missing, a claim is unsupported or a step is unclear. The class repairs the problem and tests the same input again.
Every demonstration includes a failure

People remain accountable
AI may help carry repeated work, but people keep strategy, judgement, relationships, approval and accountability. Nothing is published because an AI tool decided it was ready.
Build one valuable marketing workflow around the way your business actually works
A custom build may be more useful when the workflow depends on your business knowledge, team roles, approval rules, policies, data permissions or existing tools. Courses and Lab membership are not required first.
A custom build may be worth discussing when
A scoped build may include

Tell us which workflow you want to improve.
We will ask what the workflow does, how often it runs, why it matters, who will own it and where human review belongs. If a custom build is not the right next step, we will tell you which learning option or preparation step makes more sense.
No course or AI Marketing Lab membership is required.
