What makes this different

Generic AI training is built to scale. This one is built for you.

Most AI workshops are designed to run for anyone. The examples are generic. The workflows are templated. The facilitator has never spoken to your team before the morning of the session.

The Intensive works differently. It starts with a scoping call where Bee understands your team’s specific marketing workflows, your tools, and where the real bottlenecks are. The day itself is built around what she learned. The workflows you build are mapped to your actual work — not adapted from a case study designed for a different kind of organisation.

The result isn’t a framework you have to implement yourself when you get back to the office. It’s a working strategy for your team, built together, in a single day.

Built for your team specifically

The Intensive is built around your team’s specific workflows and tools. What gets built on the day is determined by the scoping call — not a curriculum written once for everyone.

Generic AI training: Most AI training runs the same content regardless of who’s in the room. The slides don’t change. The examples don’t change.

Scoped before the day begins

Foundations ends when you’ve built something. Workflow templates mapped to your actual marketing tasks — ready to use the next business day.

Generic AI training: Most AI training ends when the slides do. You leave with notes, a vague sense of inspiration, and nothing you can actually use by Thursday.

Live builds your team owns immediately

The workflows built on the day are yours — documented and handed over before you leave. Your team built them, so they know how to run them.

Generic AI training: Most AI training ends with a framework you implement yourself later. The momentum fades by Thursday.

The day is not the end of it

A 4-week follow-up call is built into every Intensive — not an optional add-on. It’s where the real implementation questions surface.

Generic AI training: Most sessions end when the clock runs out. That’s usually the last you hear.

Flat fee — bring your whole team

The Intensive is a flat fee. Two people or twelve — the price doesn’t change. Everyone aligned, in the same room, on the same day.

Generic AI training: Per-seat pricing creates a quiet incentive to send fewer people.

Who this is for

The Intensive is right for you if…

You’re a marketing leader booking for your whole team

Not one or two seats in a cohort — the whole team at once, aligned, working on the same workflows.

Your team’s context is specific enough that generic won’t land

A regional health organisation does marketing differently from a regional agribusiness. Generic training wastes a full day.

You’ve done some AI work and want to go deeper

Whether you’re coming from Foundations or arriving directly — you’re ready for something more structured and more specific.

Not ready for a private full-day session?

The AI Marketing Foundations workshop is a half-day open cohort — $297–$397 per seat, Albury-Wodonga or Wagga Wagga. A good way to test the approach before committing to a team-wide engagement.

Three phases. One continuous engagement.

The Intensive isn’t a single day that starts at 9am and ends at 5pm. It’s a three-phase engagement — before, during, and after — designed so the day itself is as useful as possible and the follow-up makes the learning stick.

Expand each phase below to see exactly what’s covered. Nothing is vague, nothing is “to be discussed on the day.” The scope is agreed before the engagement begins.

What’s included

Before the day — scoping and preparation

60-min call · 1-2 weeks before

A 60-minute scoping call so the day is built around your team, not adapted on arrival

Confirmed agenda sent before the day — no surprises

Pre-session brief for your team so everyone arrives ready

The scoping call is where the day gets built. Without it, the Intensive would just be a good workshop. With it, it’s a session your team will still be referencing six months later.

The day — strategy, design, and live builds

Full day · 7 hours

AI marketing strategy mapped to your specific workflows and tools

Live workflow builds — your whole team in the room, hands on

AI marketing playbook documented and handed over before you leave

The day is deliberately hands-on. You won’t sit through a presentation. You’ll build things, test things, and leave with things that work.

After the day — follow-up and consolidation

60-min call · 4 weeks later

4-week follow-up call to troubleshoot what got stuck and refine what’s working

Workflow adjustments based on what you’ve learned in practice

Honest recommended next steps — if any are needed

Most AI training ends when the session does. The follow-up is what makes the Intensive a different kind of engagement — one where the outcome is actually measured.

How the day runs

What your team is actually doing for seven hours.

A question worth asking before you book any full-day session: what are people doing when they’re not listening? The Intensive is built around doing — not presenting.

The rough shape of the day is below. The specific content of each block is determined by the scoping call — this is the structure, not the script.

9:00 Session open

Brief alignment on the day’s goals. What you’re building and why. Sets the frame for everything that follows — quickly.

9:30 Strategy block

Working session: mapping your current workflows, identifying where AI creates the most leverage for your team specifically, and agreeing on the priority workflows for the day.

11:00 Build block 1

Your team collaborates to create a live AI marketing workflow. By the end of this block, you’ll have a functional workflow built together.

13:00 Break

Unstructured time. Often where the most useful conversations happen.

14:00 Build block 2

Second priority workflow. The team is familiar with the approach—this block operates faster, allowing for greater ownership of the build.

15:30 Implementation block

Documenting what was built into a usable playbook your team keeps. Bee walks through how to use and maintain each workflow — so it doesn’t depend on her to keep running.

16:30 Close

Open Q&A. Playbook shared. 4-week follow-up call set. The day concludes when the team is ready, not by the clock.

Investment

A flat fee — not a per-seat price.

Bring your whole team, the price doesn’t change.

The range reflects the complexity of the day. Bee will give you a fixed price on the scoping call — before you commit to anything.

01

Book a scoping call — free, no obligation

A 30-minute conversation about your team, your workflows, and whether the Intensive is the right fit.

02

Receive a scoped proposal with a fixed price

A clear document: what the day covers, what’s included, and exactly what it costs. No surprises.

03

Confirm the date and brief your team

Once confirmed, Bee sends a pre-session brief for your team and schedules the 60-minute scoping call to build the day.

What regional marketing teams say after taking the scan

I expected a generic result. I got a specific breakdown of exactly where we were behind — and a recommendation I could take straight to my manager.

Eva Rodriguez

CEO, Regional health organisation

The distinction between the marketing programs and the leadership track was the thing that made sense of it for me. My team needed one thing. I needed another. Running them in parallel was the right call.

John Robers

Business owner, Regional agribusiness

Book a discovery call

The first step is a conversation, not a contract.

The scoping call is 30 minutes. Bee will ask about your team, your marketing workflows, and what you’re hoping to get out of a full-day session. She’ll tell you honestly whether the Intensive is the right fit — and if it isn’t, she’ll point you toward what is.

No commitment on the call. No invoice after it. Just a conversation about whether this makes sense for your team.

What to expect after you submit

Bee responds personally within 1–2 business days

She’ll suggest 2–3 times for the scoping call

After the call, a scoped proposal with a fixed price — no surprises

Tell us about your organisation

Book a discovery call

No commitment. We responds to every enquiry personally within 1–2 business days.

Where this sits

The Intensive in the offer ladder

The Intensive is Tier 2. Some teams come here directly. Some come after Foundations. Either is fine.

You are here

AI Marketing Intensive

$4,500–$7,000 flat fee

Before you get in touch

No strict minimum — though the Intensive works best with at least 3 people from your team. If it’s just one or two people, the Foundations open cohort is usually a better fit. For maximum, the flat fee covers any team size — but practically, sessions become harder to manage above 15 people and Bee will flag this if it’s relevant to your enquiry.

Yes. The Intensive can be held on-site at your location, at a venue in Albury-Wodonga or Wagga Wagga, or virtually. On-site is often the most useful — your team is in their own environment, working with their actual tools. Travel costs outside the Albury-Wodonga and Wagga Wagga regions may apply and will be included in the scoped proposal.

The Intensive is a training and strategy engagement — your team leaves with knowledge, workflows, and a playbook they can implement themselves. The Sprint is an implementation engagement — Bee maps your workflows, configures the tools, and installs working AI systems your team operates from day one. The Intensive is the right choice if you want your team trained and capable. The Sprint is the right choice if you want the system built.

No. The Intensive is designed to meet your team where they are — the scoping call helps Bee understand exactly where that is so the day is calibrated correctly. Some teams arrive having never used AI tools seriously. Others arrive having used them informally for months. Both work. What matters is that everyone arrives ready to work, not just listen.

A minimum of 3–4 weeks is ideal — enough time for the scoping call, preparation, and for Bee to build the day properly. Sessions booked with less lead time can be accommodated depending on availability, but the scoping and preparation quality is better with more runway.

Nothing — the scoping call is genuinely no obligation. If Bee thinks a different program is a better fit, she’ll say so and explain why. If you decide after the call that it’s not the right time, that’s fine too. The scoping call costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
