About this event

A real conversation about AI in marketing — not a sales presentation.

Most AI sessions follow the same format: someone talks at you for 45 minutes, shows you some impressive demos, and then you leave with a brochure. This isn’t that.

This is a live Q&A session where you bring your actual questions — the ones you’ve been sitting on, the ones you’re not sure are “dumb,” the ones you’ve been meaning to ask someone who actually works with regional marketing teams. We’ll work through them together, live, with no script and no agenda other than being genuinely useful.

Bee runs these sessions specifically because the questions people have are better than any content she could prepare in advance. If you’ve been wondering whether AI is actually worth your team’s time, or where to start without spending money on the wrong thing — this is the right hour to spend.

Who this is for

You’ll get the most out of this if you’re…

A marketing coordinator or manager
In a regional business, managing more than one person should reasonably manage, and wondering whether AI is the answer.
A business owner doing your own marketing
You know the output should be better. You don’t know whether AI is the right tool or just another distraction.
Someone who’s tried AI and gotten stuck
You’ve used ChatGPT a few times, gotten inconsistent results, and aren’t sure what you’re doing wrong or whether it’s worth persisting.
Someone who hasn’t started yet
You’re curious but haven’t jumped in. You want to understand what’s actually involved before committing to anything.
What you will gain

What you’ll leave with

01
Honest answers to your actual questions
Not polished talking points. Real responses to whatever you’re genuinely trying to figure out about AI in your marketing work.
02
A clearer sense of where to start
Most people leave knowing whether AI is relevant to their situation and — if it is — what a sensible first step actually looks like for them.
03
Reassurance (or honest redirection)
If AI isn’t the right move for your team right now, we’ll say so. If it is, you’ll leave with a realistic picture of what’s involved — not a sales pitch.
04
Connection with other regional marketers
Connection with other regional marketers
Everyone in the session is working through the same questions. The conversation often continues after the session ends.
Session outline

How the 45 minutes runs

12:00pm
Welcome and framing
Quick context on what the session is — and isn’t — followed by a brief round of introductions if numbers allow.
12:05pm
Where regional marketing teams actually sit with AI
A 5-minute honest picture of what Bee sees across the businesses she works with — not industry statistics, but real regional context.
12:10pm
Open Q&A
The rest of the session is yours. Questions submitted in advance are covered first, then the floor is open. There are no dumb questions here.
12:40pm
Wrap and next steps
A quick summary of the most useful things covered. Optional: details on upcoming workshops and programs for those who want to go further.
Submit your question in advance

You can submit questions when you register. Questions submitted ahead of time are covered first — so if there’s something specific you want answered, get it in early.

Speakers & facilitators

Who’s running the session.

Bee Bowman

Bee has spent 10 years working with regional businesses in Albury-Wodonga and Wagga Wagga through Digital Marketer Bee. She runs AI Agent Bee to fill the gap nobody else was filling — practical AI capability programs built from scratch for regional marketing teams, not adapted from something designed for Sydney agencies. She runs these sessions because the questions are better than any content she could prepare in advance.

Additional information

A few practical things worth knowing.

The Zoom link will be sent to your registered email 24 hours before the session and again 15 minutes before it starts. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder first — then email us at bee@aiagentbee.com.au.

The session will be recorded. If you register but can’t make it on the day, you’ll receive the recording by email within 48 hours. The recording is shared only with registered attendees — it won’t be published publicly.

There’s no requirement to have your camera on. Some people prefer to listen and type questions in the chat — that works just as well.

If you have a specific situation you’d prefer not to discuss publicly in the session, you’re welcome to email the question in advance and Bee will answer it without identifying you.

Accessibility

If you have accessibility requirements — captions, audio description, or anything else that would help you participate fully — please mention it when you register or email us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

Common questions

Things people ask before they register.

No. This session is specifically designed for people who are early in their AI journey — curious but not yet committed, or confused by inconsistent results so far. You don’t need to have any AI experience to get value from it.

No. The last five minutes includes an optional mention of upcoming workshops and programs for people who want to go further — but it’s optional, brief, and there’s no pressure. The session is designed to be useful regardless of whether you ever engage with AI Agent Bee’s paid programs.

Register anyway. The session is recorded and shared with all registered attendees within 48 hours. You’ll also be notified of future sessions in case a different date works better for you.

Questions submitted in advance are prioritised and covered first. If the session runs out of time before every question is addressed, Bee will follow up on unanswered questions by email after the session.

No — this session is online and open to anyone in regional Australia. AI Agent Bee’s in-person workshops are run in Albury-Wodonga and Wagga Wagga, but the online sessions are open to regional teams wherever you’re based.

Your email is used to send the Zoom link and event reminder. After the session, you’ll receive the recording if you couldn’t attend. You’ll also receive an invitation to join the AI Agent Bee newsletter — but it’s optional and you can unsubscribe at any time. Your details are never shared with third parties.
