AI Leadership
For business owners and senior leaders
Your organisation doesn’t just need a marketing team that uses AI.
It needs leadership that understands it.
For the people who decide where AI goes across the whole organisation — what it should do, what it should never do, and how to lead a team through the change without losing what makes the business worth working for.
Two different conversations. Two different audiences.
AI Agent Bee runs two separate tracks. The marketing programs build practical AI capability for the people doing the marketing work. AI Leadership builds strategic and organisational capability for the people who lead. They’re different audiences, different questions, and different outcomes — and they can run in parallel inside the same organisation.
For your marketing team
Foundations, Intensive, Sprint, OS — these are practical workflow programs for the people doing the marketing work every day. They leave with built AI workflows, trained capability, and systems they own and operate themselves.
The audience is marketing coordinators, marketing managers, and business owners running their own marketing.
For the people who lead
AI Leadership is for business owners, CEOs, general managers, and senior decision-makers who need to understand AI at the organisational level — not just inside the marketing function.
The questions it answers are different: Where does AI belong in our organisation? What are the risks we need to own? How do I lead a team through this change without losing what makes us us?
AI Leadership is right for you if…
You make AI decisions for the whole organisation
Not just inside the marketing function — across every department. You need a framework for those decisions, not just a workflow for one team.
Your team is starting to use AI and someone needs to lead it properly
Ad hoc adoption creates inconsistency and risk. AI Leadership gives you the structure to lead it deliberately — with clear boundaries, a clear roadmap, and clear ownership.
You make AI decisions for the whole organisation
Not just inside the marketing function — across every department. You need a framework for those decisions, not just a workflow for one team.
What it is
Leadership capability that compounds every month
A 90-day AI transformation roadmap
Built at the start of the engagement — scoped to your organisation’s size, structure, and strategic priorities. Reviewed and updated every month. You know where you’re going before the month begins.
A structured monthly cadence
Four defined weeks — Executive Alignment, Department Activation, Implementation Sprint, Training and Reporting. The same structure every month. Predictable, compounding, and measured against the roadmap.
Monthly transformation tracking
What got activated, what got trained, what changed. A monthly report that tells you honestly whether the engagement is working — and what needs to shift if it isn’t.
Leadership capability buildingLeadership capability building
Not just knowing what AI can do — knowing how to lead an organisation that uses it well. How to set boundaries. How to manage risk. How to make decisions about where AI should and shouldn’t go.
Department-level rollout
Depending on the tier, activation extends beyond leadership into individual departments — with workflows, training, and capability transfer at the team level alongside the strategic engagement at the top.
Grounded in the Doctrine
Every AI Leadership engagement is shaped by the AI Agent Bee Doctrine — the published position on what AI should and should never replace. Leadership is where those principles are applied at the organisational level.
Four weeks. Every month. Across the whole organisation.
The AI Leadership cadence mirrors the structure of the AI Marketing OS — but operates at the organisational level, not just the marketing function.
Executive Alignment
Week 1
The month starts with leadership aligned on what matters — not drifting mid-month.
Department Activation
Week 2
This is where the roadmap becomes real — inside the departments that have to execute it.
Implementation Sprint
Week 3
The builds happen here. Week 3 is where the month’s progress becomes visible and measurable.
Training & Reporting
Week 4
The month closes with training done, progress measured, and next month ready to begin.
Four tiers. One conversation to find the right fit.
All tiers include the monthly cadence and 90-day roadmap. The difference is scope — how many departments, how deeply, and how fast. Bee will advise on the right tier for your organisation on the discovery call.
Tier 1
AI Leadership System
Executive cadence, roadmap, reporting, and a leadership framework for AI decision-making. The foundation every other tier builds on.
What’s included
Tier 2
AI Enablement
Everything in the System, plus workflow implementations and department-level rollout managed from the top.
What’s included
Tier 3
AI Transformation
Multi-department activation with accelerated initiative velocity. For organisations ready to move quickly and systematically.
What’s included
Tier 4
Full Transformation
Organisation-wide AI transformation with embedded presence. For businesses where becoming AI-capable is the strategic priority.
What’s included
All pricing is scoped on the discovery call. We will advise on the right tier for your organisation before you commit to anything.
How it works
From discovery call to transformation roadmap.
The AI Leadership engagement starts with a conversation about your organisation — its structure, its people, and where it is with AI right now. From there, everything is scoped before anything is committed. No tier is recommended until Bee understands your context well enough to give you honest advice.
The capability transfer principle
The goal is an organisation that leads its own AI transformation.
The AI Leadership engagement is not designed to make Bee indispensable. It’s designed to transfer the capability to lead AI transformation to the people inside your organisation — your leadership team, your department heads, your people.
That means the engagement has a natural end point. Not because the contract runs out — because your organisation doesn’t need it anymore. When your leadership team can make confident, principled decisions about AI, when your departments are running and improving AI workflows independently, when the transformation is yours to drive — the engagement closes.
AI Agent Bee is a structured AI capability program for marketing teams and growing businesses in regional Australia. Founded in 2026 and based in Albury-Wodonga and Wagga Wagga, it delivers practical AI training mapped to real marketing workflows — with a founding principle of capability transfer over ongoing dependency.
The AI Agent Bee Doctrine
People first — not process first
AI adoption fails when it’s treated as a technology problem. It succeeds when it’s treated as a people problem. The AI Leadership engagement is built around your people — their capability, their confidence, and their ownership of the system.
The line holds at every level
The AI Agent Bee Doctrine sets clear limits on what AI should never replace — judgment, relationships, accountability. Those limits apply in every department, at every tier, in every month of the engagement. The line is part of the framework, not an afterthought.
Decreasing intensity is the proof
The same principle from the marketing programs applies here. Month 6 should require less of Bee than Month 1 — not more. If your organisation needs the same level of support at the end of the engagement as it did at the start, something hasn’t worked.
Running alongside the marketing programs
Your marketing team can be on the programs track while you’re on the leadership track.
They’re separate engagements with separate objectives — but they compound when they run together. Your marketing team builds practical AI capability. Your leadership builds organisational AI capability. Both tracks are shaped by the same Doctrine and the same capability transfer principle.
If you’re not sure where to start — the AI Readiness Scan gives your team a clear picture of where they sit, and the discovery call gives you the same thing at the leadership level.

Book a discovery call
The conversation starts with your organisation — not a tier recommendation.
The discovery call is 30 minutes. We ask about your organisation’s structure, your current AI use, what decisions you’re trying to make, and what you want the engagement to achieve. We will recommend a tier honestly — and tell you if something else is a better fit first.
No commitment on the call. Scoped proposal with a fixed monthly rate after it. Nothing begins until both are agreed in writing.
